Positive: The property is very spacious and modern. The views over the old town were superb. The property is close to the old town and facilities are close by. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Negative: This is not a gripe, just be aware of location as the property is high up and guests should be comfortable with steps to get to / from from the old town. You can avoid climbing steps by using the main roads so this is partially mitigated.
Summary: Lovely property to use as a base to explore Dubrovnik old town.

Positive: Location and view were spectacular!!!! Apartment exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. Tasteful decor. Close to old-town without the hustle and bustle. The hosts, Tanja and Maro were very communicative, helpful, and easy going making our stay in such an exclusive apartment stress free. Maro even helped carry our bags up all the stairs. Tanja sent an amazing interactive guide/tip pdf that was very helpful. Parking was a huge plus!
Summary: Cherry on top of our dream come true vacation!!!!

Positive: The hosts Tanje and Mario were superb litteraly from the second we arrived. They could not do enough for us throughout our stay, helping arrange transport and boat hire, as well as recommendations on restaurants and beaches. We were lucky enough to stay during the opening of the Dubrovnik summer festival, and the fireworks show was outstanding due to the view we had from the balcony. As Dubai residents, we are very used to fireworks almost on a weekly basis, but the show and view from this villa was exceptional. The villa itself is just stunning from the moment you walk through the door. Tanje has put a lot of thought into the design and setup, and it was flawless. We appreciated the welcome pack of fruit, water, wine, and of course little treats for our kids, which they really enjoyed. This was one of the nicest locations and villas we have stayed in, and we will definitely return at some stage.
Negative: There is honestly very little NOT to like about this villa, however, if you are unable to walk up steps then you need to be aware that it is located up towards the top of the hills. The upside = the absolutely stunning views all day long. The pool was not yet ready for use when we stayed, but I imagine this will top the villa off to perfection once it is available.

It is newly built and the level of detail, class, and comfort is impeccable. We are so, so impressed. And the views! I could go on and on. We are fortunate to have stayed there and met Tanje and Mario. Love them! And love this gorgeous home, would live there if we could. They are uber accommodating and truly want you to have the best experience in Dubrovnik and their home. Wonderful, wonderful. We are very discerning world travelers - Divno!! Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel right at home—welcoming us with a bottle of wine and some thoughtful snacks, which was such a lovely touch after a day of travel. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful, modern style that still felt cozy. Having two full bathrooms and a half-bath was a huge plus, especially when traveling with a group. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking—one of the highlights of our stay. It’s located close to Old Town, making it easy to walk down and explore. Just note that the walk back is a bit steep, but definitely manageable. Throughout our stay, the hosts were extremely responsive and accessible, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!
